Note: Chain 1 does not count as a stitch, place first sc into the first stitch.

Make a slipknot and chain 81

R1: sc in the 2nd chain from the hook, sc in next 79 sts, chain 1, turn {80 sts}

R2: sc in the next 80 sts {80 sts}

Fasten off and weave in the ends.

Cut 6 pieces of yarn about 3 inches long

Place your hook into a stitch at the base of the scarf.

Place your hook in the middle of the piece of yarn.

Pull the yarn through the stitch, stopping halfway. You'll have a large loop on one side and loose yarn on the other.

Insert the loose end of the yarn through the loop.

Add 2 more fringe to one side of the scarf and 3 on the other side.

Unravel the yarn and trim if needed.
