Sharlotte The Spider

Sharlotte The Spider amigurumi pattern is the perfect crochet pattern for spider lovers.

Skill Level: Beginner

The pattern is written in U.S. crochet terms, complete with clear instructions and  pictures to help you along the way. Sharlotte The Spider is crocheted in continuous spirals without joining the rounds. I suggest using a stitch marker or different color yarn to keep track of each round. Sharlotte The Spider crocheted in worsted weight yarn is approximately two inches tall.  Be aware that size may vary depending on the yarn and hook size used. Gauge is not particularly important, just be consistent with the tension you are using. And most importantly, have fun!

  • Thread a long piece of embroidery floss into a needle. Knot the end.
  • On the inside of your piece, pick up a bit of yarn with your needle and make a knot on the inside of the head. Begin to embroider into the 2nd stitch to the right of the pin.
  • Insert your needle one round up and one stitch over.
  • Make a knot on the inside of the head and then insert your needle back through the same stitch.

  • Move your needle up to make the second eyelash. Secure with a knot on the inside of the head.
