Grab some fabric glue.

Add glue to the top three rounds of the bottom layer.

Place the middle layer on top of the glue and push it down into place.

Add glue to the top three rounds of the middle layer.

Place the top layer on top of the glue and push it down to into place.

Let the tree dry for a few hours before manipulating it.
