• If you like the look of smaller flowers on the wreath, use worsted weight yarn and a G (4.0mm) crochet hook.
  • For big flowers use Lion Brand Color Made Easy yarn as pictured and a G (4.0mm) crochet hook.
  • Using Color Of Choice
  • Make a slipknot (leaving a long tail)
  • Chain 19
  • Row 1: starting in the second chain from the hook (3 sc in next st, sl st in next st ) 9 times {36 sts}
  • Fasten off. If you're sewing the flowers on, leave an extra long tail.
  • Wrap the curly piece into a spiral. Place a few pins to keep it in place.
  • Insert one of the fastened off pieces of yarn through a yarn/darning needle. Weave the yarn back and forth to secure the flower. Do the same with the other fastened off piece of yarn.
  • Tie a double knot at the back when you're done. If glueing on the flowers, cut the remaining yarn. If sewing the flowers on, leave the yarn attached.
