Using color cream

R1: 5 sc into a magic circle {5 sts}

Alternate way to begin: chain 2, sc 5 times in 2nd chain from hook {5 sts}

R2: sc in next 5 sts {5 sts}

Switch to color mint

R3: inc, sc in next 4 sts {6 sts}

R4-8: sc in next 6 sts {6 sts}

Fasten off and leave a long tail. No need to stuff the arms. Set aside until assembly.
