    Alternate way to begin: chain 2, sc 5 times in 2nd chain from hook {5 sts}

  • R2: (inc) 5 times {10 sts}

  • R4: sc into the back loop only in next 15 sts {15 sts}

    Go back to crocheting through both loops.

  • R5: (dec, sc in next st) 5 times (10 sts)
  • R6-8: sc in next 10 sts {10 sts}

  • Instead of fastening off, grab Foot 1 and place it next to Foot 2.
