Using color mint

Make a slipknot (leaving a long tail) and Chain 9

Row 1: Starting in the 2nd chain from the hook, slip stitch into the back bar of the next 8 sts {8 sts}

Fasten off and leave a long tail.

Using a yarn needle, weave both pieces of yarn to the middle of the headband.

Wrap the yarn around the middle of the headband and make a knot.

Set the headband aside until assembly.
