• I recommend pinning the parts - this will give you an idea of where you'd like the parts to be placed before assembly.
  • Attach the ears between R6 and R7, one on each side of the head.
  • Attach the front feet at R20 ad R21, right next to each other.
  • Attach the back feet at R31 and R32, on each side of the body.
  • Attach the tail at R28 - R30 at the back of the body.
  • Sew the muzzle onto the face, or use fabric glue to attach.

I personally like Aleene's fabric glue. If using glue, do this step last so you can leave the dog untouched to dry.

  • Attach the bandana by using the long tail and sewing it to the corner piece of the opposite side of the bandana. Make a knot and cut off the excess yarn.
  • Optional. Make a dog collar by making a chain long enough to fit around the neck. Feel free to add an embellishment for fun.
  • Weave in all the excess pieces of yarn into the body. Please be aware that amigurumi contains small pieces and can be dangerous to children. If you're selling this stuffed ami, please place a warning and also state that safety eyes are not recommended for anyone under the age of 3.
