In just a few easy steps, you can create a seamless join on your amigurumi pieces. This particular technique is great for open ended pieces such as noses, arms, and legs.
Step 1: Cut the working yarn, leaving a tail. Pull the yarn through the last stitch (do not fasten off).
Step 2: Thread the remaining yarn into a yarn needle and insert the needle under both loops of the stitch to the left of the last stitch – from outside to inside.
Step 3: Then insert your needle through the middle of the V – of the last crocheted stitch – from outside to inside.
Step 4: Faux stitch created.
